The survey will help us get a head count for how many people with utilize the room block at the casino, as well as accommodate those with dietary restrictions or who need highchairs for kiddos. We want to make sure that our guests have everything they need to enjoy themselves!
Yes! Both the ceremony and reception will take place at the Jenner Family Farm. Address: 2425 S Salt Mine Rd Camp Verde, AZ
Think western garden party! Sundresses/jumpsuits and floral prints are perfect for the ladies. Linen shirts, jeans, or dress pants with a western touch for the gents. We highly recommend choosing a closed toed shoe as the venue is entirely outdoors!
Yes! There will be parking for those who are driving themselves to the ceremony/reception at the front of the farm (to the right of the tree-stump lined driveway at the front entrance) where signs will be present to help our guests park.
Yes, there will be rental vans shuttling people to and from the farm several times throughout the day. The schedule for pickup/drop off times will be posted to the website once we have it scheduled.
We will be having a cocktail hour beforehand to give everyone a chance to say their hellos and get settled in, so feel free to arrive as early as 4pm! We ask that you arrive no later than 4:40pm to ensure that everyone has plenty of time to get to their seats.
No, feel free to capture the moment on your devices if you would like! The only thing we ask is that you do not obstruct the view of our wonderful photographers!
While a wedding makes an excellent excuse for a date night, you can absolutely bring the kiddos along! If you have a small child that will need a highchair for dinner, please make sure to let us know on the survey.
While the orchard is beautiful, we ask that you not cross over any of the fencing or lighting barriers, especially at night. The Verde River runs directly next to the ceremony/reception space, and skunks and javelina are known to pass through. We want to keep everybody, safe, dry, and skunk spray free!
Unfortunately, the cows are just for looking, but they sure are cute!
