Is parking available at the venue?

Answer

Yes! Limited parking spots are available on-site. Guests may park in the public lot directly across from the venue and neighboring parking ramp, just a 3-minute walk from the venue. Parking is also available for guests staying at the Hilton Garden Inn Downtown, just 0.3 miles away from the venue. *Please do not park in the BNSF parking lot, or you may be towed at your own expense.

What is the dress code?

Answer

We invite our guests to dress in cocktail attire for our celebration. Suits, sport coats, dress shirts, ties, cocktail dresses, midi dresses, dressy jumpsuits, and elevated separates are all welcome. We kindly ask that guests refrain from wearing jeans, denim, or hats.

Are children welcome at the ceremony or reception?

While we love your little ones, our wedding will be an adults-only celebration. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to celebrating with you!

Please respond by October 24th so we can finalize plans with our vendors. We can't wait to celebrate with you!

How far is the venue from the hotel?

Answer

The venue is approximately 0.3 miles from our recommended hotel, making it a quick and convenient 1-minute drive or 6-minute walk for guests.

Can guests take photos during the ceremony?

Answer

We kindly ask that guests do not take photos or use phones during our ceremony. Our photographers will be capturing the day for us to enjoy and share. Thank you for being fully present with us!
