We recommend flying into Asheville Regional Airport, located in Asheville, NC, about 20 minutes from the Biltmore Estate. This will be the most convenient airport to get into Asheville, but it is a smaller airport, and direct flights may not be possible.

Greenville is about an hour and 15 minutes drive from Asheville. However, it has a larger airport than Asheville, and flights may be more convenient.
