The Zoom room is for AFTER the Live Stream, for family and friends who want to say hello to the bride and groom and their parents. There will be separate breakout rooms for Matilda and Colby's families and friends to have a few intimate moments with the bride and groom. Zoom Room should open at 5:30pm, but please be patient as it will take 5min or so to get the couple upstairs to a quiet room. Please plan to arrive between 4:15–4:45pm so you can get settled before the ceremony begins promptly at 5:00pm. Because of the venue layout, late arrivals cannot enter once the ceremony begins. Anyone arriving after 5:00pm may need to wait until after 5:30pm to enter to avoid disrupting the ceremony. Please allow extra time for parking and walking. Thanks for understanding!
IN-PERSON INVITATIONS Please RSVP no later than December 1, 2025 if you have received an invitation in the mail with your name included. LIVESTREAM CEREMONY Please RSVP by January 1st if you received a virtual ceremony invitation by email or text from Zola. We will post the LiveStream webpage link here on the Zola FAQ page 1 week before the wedding, and a separate Zoom meeting invite to say hello to the bride and groom after the ceremony.
