Getting to the Venue: Shuttles will start picking up guests from the Hyatt at 3:15 PM. The last shuttle will leave the hotel at 3:40 PM. Returning from the Venue: Before 11 PM: Shuttles back to the hotel will begin running at 10:00 PM. After 11 PM: Shuttles will make two stops—first at the after party at Louie’s, then at the Hyatt. From the After Party: A shuttle will be available at the after party starting at 1:00 AM to bring guests back to the hotel.
Weather Update (5/27): The forecast is calling for temperatures in the low 80s during the day, dropping to the 60s in the evening. Being that the wedding is all outside, we recommend bringing a light sweater or shawl, just in case it gets a bit chilly!
We kindly ask our guests to dress in semi-formal attire. For the ladies: Keep in mind there will be plenty of grass to consider for heels!
We’ve reserved room blocks at the Hyatt Regency Westlake—check out the 'Hotel' tab for more details! There are plenty of other hotels and Airbnb options nearby, but please note that these do not offer shuttle service to and from the venue.
Thankfully, the January fires did not affect the venue, hotel, or any of the nearby recommended spots.
For anyone staying at our hotel, shuttles will be available to and from the venue for your convenience. If you prefer to drive, valet parking will also be provided at the venue.
Yes, the ceremony, cocktail hour and reception will all take place at Hartley Botanica.
