What time should I arrive?

The ceremony begins at 5:30 PM. We recommend arriving 30-60 minutes early to allow time for parking and seating.

What is the dress code?

Answer

Dress semi-formal. Think garden / outdoor wedding attire — dress comfortably for an outdoor ceremony. Our wedding colors are dusty blue, sage green, brown and gold.

Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will be held outside unless weather changes the plans and then it will be held in the reception hall.

Are children welcome?

Yes! Children are welcome and will be seated with their parents.

Is the wedding indoors air-conditioned?

Yes, the reception space is indoors and climate controlled.

Is there a hotel block?

Answer

No there’s no hotel block other than the wedding family hotel at Hotel Henry but there is some hotels available on our Travel page here on our website that has a coupon code for your stay!

Please refer to your invitation. Due to seating and catering arrangements, we are only able to accommodate guests listed on the invitation.

Yes! Dinner and dessert will be provided.

Will there be dancing?

Absolutely! We’ll have a DJ, special dances, and an open dance floor.

Will there be photos or a guest photo option?

Answer

Yes! We will have a QR code available so guests can upload photos and videos directly to our shared drive. But we will be having an unplugged ceremony for the respect of the bride and groom.

Is there transportation provided?

Answer

There is no formal shuttle service. Please plan your own transportation to and from the venue.

Can guests bring their own alcohol or drinks?

Answer

No. Outside alcohol is not permitted anywhere on the property, including vehicles and the parking area.

Are personal cups, tumblers, or coolers allowed?

Answer

No. Personal drink containers (including Yeti cups, tumblers, coolers, etc.) are not allowed on the property.

Is smoking allowed?

Answer

Smoking is only permitted in designated areas. Please follow posted signage and venue rules.

Is vaping allowed?

Vaping is treated the same as smoking and must follow venue-designated areas only.

Is parking available on-site?

Yes, on-site parking is available.

Are pets allowed?

No. Pets are not permitted on the property.

Can I take photos or videos during the ceremony?

Answer

We kindly ask guests to remain seated and respectful during the ceremony. Our photographer will capture the moments, and you’ll have a chance to take photos afterward.

Are sparklers or fireworks allowed?

Answer

Fireworks are not allowed. Sparklers are only permitted if weather conditions allow and venue rules are followed.

Can I stay late at the venue?

Answer

The reception will end by 11:00 PM, and all guests must exit the property by 12:00 AM.

What should I know about weather and footwear?

The ceremony will be outdoors. We recommend comfortable shoes suitable for grass and uneven terrain.
