Is there a dress code?

Black Tie Encouraged: We are so excited to celebrate with you! To help us create an elegant and memorable evening, we encourage guests to embrace a black-tie look, with tuxedos and floor-length dresses. While tuxedos are encouraged, a classic black suit is welcome.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Please arrive at 5:15pm. Ceremony will begin promptly at 5:45pm.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

If your RSVP says “and guest,” you are welcome to bring a date. Otherwise, we kindly ask that you attend solo.

Are kids welcome?

While we love your little ones, we kindly request that this be an adults-only celebration.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

If you require a parking spot at the museum for the duration of the wedding, please let the couple know when you RSVP as they will be reserving a number of spots for guests driving in advance. Please visit the Transportation website page in mid-August for additional transportation details.

Question

Will guest transportation be provided between the hotel blocks and the wedding venue?

Answer

We kindly ask guests to arrange their own transportation to the museum for the ceremony. At the end of the evening, transportation will be provided back to the Ritz-Carlton Philadelphia, which is just a short five-minute walk from the other hotels in our room block. When you complete your RSVP, please let us know if you will need transportation back to the Ritz-Carlton so we can plan accordingly. We will share additional transportation details on our Transportation page in mid-August.
