Join us for light bites and a cash bar as we kick off our wedding weekend. We can’t wait to welcome everyone! This venue is located in Downtown Asheville and is about a 7-minute walk from the Moxy Hotel. Paid parking is available nearby, including the College Street Parking Deck (164 College St, Asheville, NC 28801).

The shuttle will arrive at 3:15 PM and depart promptly at 3:30 PM from the Moxy Hotel. At the end of the evening, the shuttle will make two return trips to the Moxy Hotel: • 9:30 PM • 10:30 PM The shuttle ride is approximately 25–30 minutes each way.

Our ceremony and dinner will take place on grass, so please keep footwear in mind. We kindly ask guests to keep it classy and avoid t-shirts, shorts, and similar casual attire. Please plan to arrive early by 4:00 PM for a kickoff cocktail. We ask that everyone be seated before the ceremony begins promptly at 4:30 PM. A separate, designated area will be available for family children to be entertained during the ceremony.

The party isn’t over! You're invited to join us for a post-wedding campout with acoustic jams, s’mores, and cozy late-night conversations under the stars. Camping is optional and open to all guests who'd like to stay overnight. You may arrive and begin setting up your tent starting at 8:00 AM - 11:00 AM on Saturday. Please have your tent and campsite fully set up by 11:00 AM or set up after the ceremony. This will allow everyone time to settle in before the ceremony begins promptly at 4:30 PM. Please pack out by 11:00 AM Sunday. Camping Fee: $10 per person Please Venmo Haley at @Haley-Niebes if you plan to camp. Please note: Camping is only available the night of the wedding. If you plan to stay in town for additional nights, please arrange lodging for the surrounding dates.
