To RSVP, please click the RSVP tab here on our website and type in your name. All invited guests in your party will appear here to mark as "attending" or "declining" along with your meal choice. Kindly RSVP by August 10, 2024. If you cannot attend, we will miss you and would appreciate you letting us know at the soonest opportunity. Those that do not RSVP by August 10, 2024 - we are so sorry you cannot make it! If you miss this date, we may be unable to accommodate your presence at the wedding, as we will send a final headcount to vendors shortly after this deadline.
Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you received a plus one they will appear under your name when you RSVP. Thank you for understanding.
We love your little ones! However, we have decided to keep our wedding and reception adults-only event. The only exception will be the little ones in our bridal party/immediate family and a few very close to us. When you RSVP you will see them listed in your party. We encourage you to use this as a date night to relax, socialize, and dance. Thank you for understanding!
The official start time for the ceremony is at 3:00. With that being said, guests should arrive about 15-20 minutes before the ceremony to allow time to settle in before the proceeding.
We would love to see our family and friends dress up with us! We are requesting summer cocktail/semi-formal attire. We recommend wearing something comfortable, yet appropriate. This means women can wear a summer sundress, mini dress or a blouse, with wedges or dressy sandals. Men should choose to wear dress pants or khakis, paired with a collared shirt. These are just recommendations, all we ask is no jeans and to avoid colors reserved for the bride.
The ceremony will take place outdoors, weather permitting, on the lawn of the property. Cocktail hour will be on the lawn, and in the bar & lodge area. The reception will take place in the tent.
Due to the Maine State liquor law and our venue rules we will have a bar available inside the lodge to purchase alcoholic beverages. This will include his and hers specialty drinks and many liquor and beer options. There will however be non-alcoholic choices available throughout the night free of charge. This is a rule we must follow with no exceptions. At 9pm the bar will close and our guests have the option to bring in their own alcoholic beverages.
We are having an "unplugged" ceremony which means no photos! We ask all guests to follow this and be completely present during our special time. Our hired professionals will be doing the photo-taking during that time! Feel free to take all the photos you like after we say "I Do!"
