What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will start promptly at 6:30 pm. We suggest arriving at the ceremony venue around 6:00 pm. This will allow you to choose your preferred seat with the perfect view of the celebration.

Is there a dress code?

Semi-Formal: We ask that you wear semi-formal attire such as a cocktail-length dress or dressy separates for women and a suit and tie for men.

When should I RSVP by?

We kindly request that all guests RSVP by May 1, 2025.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

We have reserved hotel rooms at Best Western Plus Fairfield Executive Inn. More information on how to book rooms there with our discounted rate can be found on our Travel page. Please book your stay before May 15, 2025 to secure our special rate. Rooms are limited, so we recommend booking early! If there are no longer available rooms at Best Western, we recommend Hampton Inn & Suites Fairfield.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

For those who are staying at Best Western, shuttles are available to transport you to and from the venue. The shuttle will depart from the hotel to the venue at 6:00 pm. After the reception concludes, the shuttle will bring guests back to the hotel at 12:15 am.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

There will be free valet parking at the venue!

Are kids welcome?

Answer

While we adore your little ones, we kindly request that our wedding be an adults-only affair, with the exception of a few designated family members. We appreciate your understanding and are looking forward to celebrating with you!

Yes, there will be an open bar at the reception. Please plan accordingly and have a safe way to get home.
