When should I RSVP by?

Please RSVP by May 1, 2026. Our venue requires final guest numbers in advance, so we kindly ask that you respond about 60 days before the wedding. This helps us confirm seating, meals, and other details in time!

Please refer to your RSVP to see who is included on your invitation. We kindly ask that only those listed attend, as seating has been arranged accordingly. Thank you for understanding as we celebrate with our closest family and friends.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Omni Barton Creek Resort & Spa will serve as the central gathering place for our wedding weekend. While accommodations are optional, many guests will be staying on property. Please check the ‘Travel’ and ‘Things To Do’ tabs for more information.

Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?

Both the ceremony and reception will be held indoors, so you can plan your attire and footwear comfortably.
