Who would have thought a college crush would lead to happily ever after. We met at Washburn University and it was googly eyes at first sight. December 2015 we had our first date, October 2016 we welcomed our beautiful Easton Michael, and finally in January 2020 we will vow our lives to one another with our loved ones as witnesses.

Colby’s proposal brought many people to (happy) tears. It all began with celebrating Easton turning 2. All of our loved ones were gathered and taking a group photo- until Colby pulled Megan to the front of the room. Megan absolutely had no idea this moment would forever be one of her favorite memories. Each family member had a sticky note with a reason Colby loves her; “i love you because you always ask for one more kiss”. Of course, she said Yes!
