Go west! Take I-70 into the mountains and take in the natural beauty Colorado has to offer! Most directions will have you routed through the Eisenhower Tunnel, the highest tunnel on the interstate highway system and a feat of engineering. We reccomend you take Loveland Pass as we do in the winter months. You will be greeted with beautiful vista views of not only the surrounding Rocky Mountains but also our venue, Arapahoe Basin from above. Loveland Pass is the top of the Continental Divide, at 11,990 ft the road is steep and windy but the views are worth it!
There are many options to get up to Dillon, Silverthorne, and Keystone. The Mountain Shuttle has frequent rides at a low cost. Summit Stage and Bustang are a couple other options. We will provide transportation from select hotels to the venue. Ubers and Lyfts are available for short trips in Summit County.
We will provide shuttles from the 3 listed hotels (Keystone Lodge and Spa, Comfort Suites, Homewood Suites) to and from the wedding at Arapahoe Basin. Please indicate your transportation needs in your RSVP.
Hydration! Drink lots of water and electrolytes the days leading up to the trip and while you are here! If you're concerned, stay a night in Denver before coming up to the mountains to help you adjust. You can also speak with your doctor about medications available to prevent altitude sickness.
Please dress up in cocktail attire!
Please arrive by 4:15, there will be parking available. Have a drink and enjoy the views! Guests will begin boarding the lift at 4:45 for the ceremony at 5:00.
