Dress Code

The wedding dress code is cocktail attire. Please wear a suit of any color, nice cocktail dress or pantsuit.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

We're so excited to celebrate with you, but due to limited space and our desire for an intimate gathering, we are only able to accommodate those listed on the invitation.

Can I take photos during the ceremony?

Answer

We ask that you kindly put your phones and cameras away during the ceremony. We want you all to be present with us in the moment. Other than the ceremony, yes! Please feel free to take as many photos and videos as you like.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

We request that guests arrive no earlier than 6:30 to the venue.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We love your children, but due to space restrictions, we cannot accommodate guests under the age of 21 on our wedding day.

Will there be an open Bar?

Answer

Yes! Drinks are on us as a thank you for joining us on our special day!

Is the Wedding Outside?

Answer

The ceremony will be outside under the ample shade of 100 year old banyan trees. Cocktail hour shortly to follow in the courtyard, before moving inside for the reception.

Parking?

Answer

Valet parking is available directly outside the venue's entrance if you'd prefer to drive. This historic venue is also easily accessible via rideshare or taxi. We will be offering a complimentary shuttle from the Hyatt Place Boca Raton/Downtown night of the event. Time is TBD!

When do I need to RSVP by?

Answer

We respectfully ask that you RSVP by February 19, 2027 at the absolute latest. If you fail to RSVP before this date, our venue may not be able to accommodate you. If you have any specific questions regarding RSVP-ing, please don't hesitate to reach out to us!

Why is dinner preference not listed on the invitation?

Answer

You will order your dinner during the reception with one of the amazing staff members who will be waiting your table. Menu's will be provided upon seating. Just be sure to have your choice ready in between toasting the newly weds!

When do I need to book my room by?

Answer

If you are staying at the Hyatt Place Boca Raton/Downtown, the hotel has requested you book your stay by February 4, 2027 in order to received the group discount. If you plan on arriving a bit early, they will honor this rate two days prior and two days after the weekend. Please feel free to reach out to them if you have any questions!
