Question

What time should I arrive?

Answer

Please arrive as close to 4:00 as possible so everyone can take their seats and settle in before the ceremony begins at 4:30.

Is there parking at the venue?

Answer

Yes, there is plenty of parking available.

What if it rains?

Answer

We have a contingency plan for rainy weather which we hope will not be triggered! We promise to keep you dry!

Can I take photos?

Answer

We ask that you avoid taking photos only during the ceremony. We want our hired photographer to get the best shots without disruptions. Outside of the ceremony, you are encouraged to take as many as you'd like!

I have food allergies, how will this be handled?

Answer

Please indicate your allergies on the RSVP card or in the on-line RSVP. If there are more complicated or specific allergies, please email jacquiecohn@verizon.net no later than the RSVP deadline and we will make sure to communicate this with our caterer.

What time does the shuttle pick up?

Answer

We have arranged with a transportation company to pick up guests staying at By The Seas Guests Suites and Three Seasons Resort. The Pelham House Resort will also run their shuttle between the venue and Love Farms Lodge. Transportation will run in continuous loops throughout the evening. We will update this section when we have specific times from them.
