We do not have a room block at the Boar's Head. However, it is right across the street from Farmington, making it a good option for those who would like to stay close to the wedding venue.

Stay Charlottesville is a rental website that has some great options for single rooms at inns and other larger properties around town.

Flight

Charlottesville–Albemarle Airport (CHO)

CHO is the closest airport and its small size makes it very easy to fly into and out of. It is about a 15-20 minute drive from our wedding venue and recommended hotels, however, there are fewer flight options.

Richmond International Airport (RIC)

RIC is a medium-sized airport and is about 1.5 hours away from our wedding venue and recommended hotels. It is larger than CHO and will have more flight options, but we recommend renting a car to get to Charlottesville if flying into RIC.

Washington Dulles International Airport (IAD)

IAD is a large international airport and is about 2 hours away from our wedding venue and recommended hotels. It is located in Northern Virginia, so it is the best option of the DC-area airports. It may be a good option for those who want a direct flight from farther away and don't mind renting a car and taking a longer drive into Charlottesville.

Shuttle to and from Farmington

We will be arranging shuttles to take guests from the Residence Inn and the Hyatt to Farmington and back. We will finalize the exact pick-up times and locations once folks book their travel and we know how many people have booked rooms at each location.
