Cocktail Hour: -Scallops Wrapped in Bacon -Mini Crab Cake with Dill Mayonnaise -Tomato, Basil, and Mozzarella Caprese Skewers with a Balsamic Drizzle -Brie with Raspberry and Almond En Croute -Buffalo, BBQ, or Honey Mustard Skewered Chicken Tails -Tuscan Station including Cheeses, Charcuterie, Vegetables, Fresh Fruit with Dip and manny Accompaniments. Entree Info: -Each Guest will have a choice of Filet Mignon, Stuffed Tuscan Chicken, Breast, or Black and White Sesame Crusted Salmon. -Each meal comes with a plated Garden Salad to start. -Each meal comes with Mashed Potatoes and a Vegetable Medley.
