When should I RSVP by?

Answer

We kindly ask that guests RSVP no later than August 1st, 2025. If you are aware that you are unable to attend, please let us know as soon as possible.

Do I get a plus one?

Answer

Due to the capacity of the venue, we are unable to add anyone not listed on your invite. As we are very limited on the number of guests, if your child’s name is listed on the invite they are more than welcome to attend, however if they are not listed please contact us to discuss.

What is the dress code?

Answer

Our recommended dress code is semi-formal. We recommend a button-up shirt/jacket with slacks, and mid-to-full-length dresses or dressy jumpsuits. Most importantly, we want our guests to be comfortable, so please wear whatever will let you enjoy the event the most.

Can I book a room at the inn?

Answer

While we would love for all guests to stay at the inn with us, it is relatively small. Because of this, we are only able to offer this to a small group of guests. Those who are invited to stay at the inn have received an email from the couple and can RSVP for the stay online. Should additional rooms become available, the couple will reach out to let you know!

Is there a hotel block?

Answer

Unfortunately, due to the small size of the wedding we are unable to secure a hotel block. We recommend looking at AirBnB as there are many cheaper options in the area. If you are looking for hotels, there are many lodges and inns in the area.

What is the best way to get to North Conway?

Answer

We recommend that you fly into Boston, Massachusetts or Portland, Maine. Portland is about a 1.5 hour drive from North Conway and Boston is about 2.5 hours away. There are discount codes for rental cars through Avis and Budget. Visit the 'Travel' page for more information.

How should we get to the venue?

Answer

There is limited parking onsite. We recommend carpooling or Ubering to/from the venue.

Do I get to choose what I'm having for dinner?

Answer

Nope! Well kind of - we are having a food truck! There will be multiple options available from the truck that you can decide on the spot.

Is the event indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will take place outside with an indoor/outdoor reception.

What is the weather like in New Hampshire in October?

Answer

Weather in New Hampshire is likely to be brisk Fall temperatures, with highs in the 50s and lows in the 30s. We recommend guests bring sweaters/jackets for the evening.

What time will the reception end?

Answer

As our venue is in a residential area, the reception will end between 9:30 - 10:00PM. Due to local sound ordinances, music must be shut off at 9:30PM.

Will Nick be there?!

Answer

Unfortunately Nicholas gets very anxious around new people. As we'd like to avoid barking during our vows, he will be at home for our wedding, but there in spirit.
