Question

What is the dress code?

Answer

The dress code for the ceremony and reception will be cocktail attire. The Friday night welcome dinner will be a dressy casual; jackets allowed, but not necessary. Reminder that it may be chilly that weekend, so plan to have a jacket ready if needed.

Question

Will there be transportation between hotels and the wedding venue (The Inn at Erlowest)

Answer

We have multiple shuttle buses that will be continuously looping to the 3 hotels (Hampton Inn, Holiday Inn and Marriot) to take you to the venue. The first shuttle will leave at 3 pm and they will do a continuous loop until 3:45 pm as you should arrive at the wedding venue no later than 4 pm. With no stops, it takes about 15 minutes to get to the Inn at Erlowest but with stops it may take 20 to 25 minutes. There is parking on site as well, but our hope is you will try to be on a shuttle if you are staying at the hotels. (While the shuttle buses will begin to leave the Inn at 9 pm, we do hope you will stay until the wedding reception ends at 10 pm as we have tons in store for you to have a great celebration.)

Where do I go when I arrive?

Answer

Once you are welcomed upon your arrival at the Inn, you will walk or golf cart down to the North Point of the lakefront where the main event will take place. The Ceremony begins at 4:30 pm sharp and we hope you will be at the Inn by 4 pm at the latest as once the ceremony begins, we will not be able to get you down to the water.
