When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by August 12th, 2025 Any RSVP received after 8/12 will not be accounted for because we need to give the caterer notice

Is there transportation to and from the hotels?

Answer

Yes! Shuttle service from hotels to venue 3:00pm-3:30pm Shuttle service from venue to hotels 8:00pm-10:30pm Shuttle service from after party to hotels 11:00pm-12:30am

Are kids invited?

Answer

We love your kids, but we kindly ask for parent’s night out and no kids! The St. Vrain has specifics rules in regard to kids and no kids under the age of 2 years old are allowed. Thank you for respecting this!

Is there a required attire?

Semi-formal Wear your best party outfit :) No jeans or t-shirts please!

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There is some street parking around the venue, but it is limited due to street construction. There are two public parking lots near the venue. We suggest you use the shuttle service!

When should I arrive at the venue?
