What time should we arrive?

Answer

Please arrive by 3:30pm at the latest, to ensure time to park, get settled, and be seated for the ceremony. Please try to not to arrive before 2:30pm.

Free parking is available on-site, right next to the reception "Lodge."

When do we need to RSVP by?

Please submit your RSVP by March 1st, 2026.

Do we have to RSVP for the reception?

Answer

No! A ceremony RSVP will also reserve your spot at the dinner/reception.

What is the attire?

Answer

There is no attire requirement! The event will be mostly outdoors, so please dress accordingly. The decor pallet is on the RSVP page if you'd like to coordinate!

Where is the reception?

Answer

The dinner and reception will be held on-site at the "Lodge" a short walk from the ceremony. The venue features an indoor dining area, covered dance floor/deck, and lakefront lawn with picnic tables and a fire pit.

Will there be air conditioning?

Answer

Yes! The reception space is fully air conditioned, and fans will be provided for the ceremony, as well as numerous shaded areas and refreshments.

What's for dinner?

Answer

Catering will be provided by Sooner BBQ, served buffet style. Main course options are smoked turkey and brisket. Sides are mashed potatoes, coleslaw, green beans, and baked beans.
