Are kids welcome?

Answer

Absolutely! However, you know your child and you know if they’re going to have a good time. It’s going to be a later night (may not be friendly with bedtime). Adults will be drinking and celebrating (may not be friendly for little ears). If your child won’t be happy and comfortable in this atmosphere, please don’t bring them.

Are you registered? Where?

Answer

We became homeowners January 2018. So while we have all the typical things we would register, we are asking for Gift Cards to home improvement stores like Menards, Ace, Lowes, or Home Depot OR Date Night Coupons. We do have a registry on Amazon.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Yes! Comfort Suites has partnered with our venue for many weddings. They’re the best hotel in the area and only 20 minuets from the venue. They will have numerous shuttle times for both Friday and Saturday events. (Plus they have breakfast and their pool is open 24hrs a day!) *You must call the hotel to get the $119 block rate. Mention it’s for the Caughron/Hinners Wedding. (Check the travel Page)

Question

Can I bring my own alcohol?

Answer

No. There is a strict “No outside alcohol” policy at Hudson Farms. Violators may be kicked off the property. We are able to request any brand or type of alcohol with prior notification. If there is something special you’d like to drink, please let us know! We’ll make it happen!
