We first met years ago on the school bus in grade school. Life took us in different directions for a while, but in the spring of 2022 we reconnected through social media. Our first date was a Friday night fish fry at The Brat House in Milwaukee, and from there, things just fell into place. That summer, Callie (and her dog, Red) moved in with Cody, and we made our first home together in an apartment in Fond du Lac. Two years later, in the spring of 2024, Cody bought our first house. Just a week after moving in, we added another four-legged family member—our puppy, Ember. Since then, life has been full of everyday adventures—summers camping, fishing, and boating, and plenty of time spent just enjoying being together. What started as a simple bus ride years ago has grown into the life we’re building now, and we’re excited to share the next step—our wedding day—with all of you.
