When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP no later than May 15th 2024

Are Children Allowed?

Answer

Although we love to watch your children laugh and play we are unable to accommodate them on this day. In order to meet guest number restrictions, we are only able to extend our invitation to the children of close family.

Do you have a gift registry?

Answer

Our hearts knew, sometime ago, Together through life, we were destined to go. We have built a beautiful life and have a lovely home, There's not that many items we don't already own To save you from looking, shopping and buying, Here is an idea, we hope you’ll like trying! A penny in our wishing well would surely make us smile, But having you with us would mean the most as we walk down the aisle.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Ceremony is set to start at 04:00 PM. We ask guest to please arrive no later than 03:20 PM to give yourself plenty of time to find parking and a seat for the ceremony. If camping please arrive no later than 02:00 PM to ensure you give yourself plenty of time to set up.

Do I need to reserve a camping spot?

Answer

No, you don't need to reserve/book a camping spot. If you are planning to camp, please inform the bride and groom when you RSVP. There is plenty of space for tents and trailers.

We are planning to camp, can we arrive Friday?

Answer

Yes, if you are planning to stay at the venue location guests are allowed to arrive Friday July 05th after 03:00PM. We request that guests who are camping arrive no later than 02:00PM on Saturday July 06th in order to give yourself plenty of time to set up prior to the ceremony.

Are there hook ups for trailers?

Answer

There is a limited amount of hook up sites available for trailers. We can not guarantee a hookup site will be available. There is plenty of camping space for trailers and tents without hookups. Generators are welcome but to be turned off during Ceremony and Reception.

Can we bring our pets?

Answer

No, we request guests to please leave their pets at home.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

There is no dress code, this is an informal event. Wear whatever makes you comfortable and allows you to dance the night away.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes there is parking for the ceremony and reception onsite at the wedding venue.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

No, please arrange your own necessary transportation. Please arrange transportation as needed.

Is smoking permitted?

Answer

Smoking or vaping is prohibited except in designated areas. Please note, designated areas will be posted. Please do not leave any littler on the grounds. We are responsible for clean up and would greatly appreciate not picking up cigarette butts off the ground.
