Is the ceremony and reception in the same location?
Answer
Yes! Ceremony will be held outside and reception will be held inside! Both located at Hotel Covington.

Are children invited?
Answer
No. This event is 21 yo and older as there is an open bar and the couple wants everyone to be able to let lose! Consider it a night out without the kiddos! A break for you and your partner! When was the last time you and your significant other had a break? This is your chance!

Can we stay at the hotel?
Answer
The couple will not be blocking rooms so all accommodation responsibilities fall upon the guests.

Parking lots can be located behind the Hotel Covington building or across the street! Valet parking is available and there is a $5 parking fee per car.

What’s nearby?
Answer
Hotel Covington has a fantastic restaurant right in the lobby that is well known for it’s delicious brunch! There are also local bars and eating locations within walking distance of the hotel!

What should I wear?
Answer
The bride and groom want everyone to be comfortable! Wear your Sunday best (or church clothes) but be comfortable! Sundresses and sandals are what the bride loves best! Nice suits, with or without ties for the guys! Please no white!

Can I take pictures?
Answer
Absolutely! However, this will be an unplugged ceremony so please put the phones away and on silent when the bride and groom are exchanging vows. Afterward, the bride and groom encourage you to take photos and videos throughout the reception to share with them! A professional photographer and videographer will be present to capture the most important moments so please be respectful and let them do their job.

Of course! There will be a buffet style dinner followed by a parfait dessert table!
