We are happy to have your littles accompany you, and their names should be on your invites. PLEASE NOTE though that due to the venue size, we do not have room for the kiddos to be seated at the tables. We will have a kids section where they can dine and play together, and babies can sit on your lap. We understand this may be difficult, so it is our suggestion that childcare be considered as an option for your own convenience.
Our wedding is in the country at the beginning of summer, and our theme is rustic elegance. Please dress for an early summer wedding, button down shirts (suits and ties are optional), and summer dresses, etc.. (You can find ideas by looking up summer wedding attire). Most of the surfaces we will be walking on are dirt or bark, so we recommend safe and comfortable shoes. May in Petaluma can still be chilly at night, with chances of rain. Our venue is prepared for both, but we recommend bringing a jacket.
We will have snacks and drinks for everyone before dinner, but please have lunch before you arrive. For dinner we will be serving a locally sourced barbecue. All the sides will be vegetarian.
Yes, we will be serving local beer, wine and cocktails!
You betcha! We are lucky to have a well known local Americana artist and band taking the stage after dinner. We understand that not everyone will be able to stay the entire night. The first set is at 7:00pm, and the second set is 8:00-9:00. Please come ready to dance!
There is plenty of parking on site, though we encourage you to carpool if possible. Uber does service the location as it is less than ten minutes from downtown, but it may take a while if there are a lot of requests.
Due to the risk of fire danger in the Petaluma Hills, this is a non-smoking event. Thank you for your understanding.
