When should I RSVP by?

Please RSVP by October 10th.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony starts at 5pm. Please arrive 20 to 40 minutes prior to the ceremony. Doors will close at 4:50pm.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

The dress code is semi-formal wear. The wedding colors will be a burnt orange, dusty blue, and navy blue.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

We have reserved a block of rooms at the Hyatt House Hotel. Reservations can be made by calling (701)838-7300 EXT 0 or going online to Hyatt.com and entering G-52SO as the Group/Corporate number. Our venue provides a free shuttle back to the Hyatt House Hotel only after the wedding.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There is parking for the wedding with space for only 100 vehicles.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

There is not transportation to the venue. However, there is provided transportation back to the Hyatt House Hotel afterwards.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Seating is limited. Please check with your RSVP reservation, or the bride and groom, prior to bringing a date or any extra people.
