Pre-Wedding Shuttle information
We have secured one 12-passenger shuttle for guest transportation from the Bantr to the venue. The shuttle will run continuously between 2:00–2:45 PM. One round trip will take approximately 20 minutes. Shuttle seating is first come, first served. To allow for seating and the ceremony start, we kindly ask that all guests arrive by 2:50 PM. Tentative Pre-Wedding Shuttle Schedule (From Bantr only): 2:00 PM – First pickup 2:20 PM – Second pickup 2:40 PM – Third Pickup
Evening Shuttle Information
For your convenience, a shuttle will run continuously between the Holiday Inn Rothschild and the Bantr after the reception, from 8:00 PM to 12:00 AM. Each round trip will take approximately 20 minutes, providing easy transportation back to the hotel. Seating is first come, first served, so plan accordingly to ensure a spot. Tentative Evening Shuttle Schedule (Pick up from Rothschild Pavilion) : 8:00 PM 8:20 PM 8:40 PM 9:00 PM 9:20 PM 9:40 PM 10:00 PM 10:20 PM 10:40 PM 11:00 PM 11:20 PM 11:40 PM 12:00 AM (Shuttle will continue to run until all guests are transported safely back to hotels.)
