Welcome to our story!!

After a long day in the Operating Room, Mikaela walked into the City Bar to get a drink and relax a little. Upon walking in she saw Cody standing behind the bar tidying up a bit. Mikaela then decided that she might want to get to know this man, so she pulled up a bar stool and asked what kind of drink she should order. After talking for a couple hours, he invited her out for a bite down at Tracy's. The conversation consisted of strangers, animals, and Canadian food dishes. Cody kept bragging about his pool skills trying to impress Mikaela. However, he then proceeded to lose every game they played that night. The rest is history.

We went out to the ranch to enjoy the weather and get the dogs some running room. We talked to Ken and Marian for some time when Cody suggested that we take the dogs for a swim. After crossing the creek we start playing fetch with the dogs. Cody causally mentions he got Buddy a new tag for his collar and I should take a look at it. I call over Buddy, then moments later he gallops over to me. As I lean over to read the front side of the tag, Cody walks behind me. Excitement washes over me as I realize that it says' "Will you marry me?" I whip around to see Cody on one knee holding a ring! I tackle him and he asked, "Does that mean yes?".
