How do I RSVP?

Answer

You can click the RSVP tab above and Rsvp at anytime. We will include a paper RSVP with the invite if you prefer to mail your RSVP back to us.

What If I don't RSVP in time?

Answer

If you do not RSVP by September 1st , you will be marked as "not attending". We would love celebrating with you, however we have to provide an exact guest count to our vendors and cannot accept late RSVP's. ( This will mean that you are not permitted to show up to our special day. There will not be seating, food, or drink accommodations made for you.)

What should I do If I cannot make It?

Answer

You will definitely be missed! If you cannot attend our wedding, please indicate "Will NOT Attend" on your RSVP so we can plan accordingly. If you have already RSVP'd "Attending" but find that you will not make it please notify Maranda as soon as you are aware.

Can I bring a date / plus one?

Answer

Due to needing an exact count and personal preference, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. Your invite will be made out to "( Your Name) & Guest" if a plus one has been given to you. Thank you for your understanding.

Is this a kid friendly wedding?

Answer

We love and adore your little ones, however we have decided to keep our ceremony and reception an adults-only event with the exception of children apart of the wedding party. We encourage you to use this night as a fun date night! We appreciate you making prior arrangements so you can celebrate with us.

What Is the dress code?

Answer

We'd love to see our family and friends get dressed up for our big day. Dress code is Semi-Formal attire. Ladies you can wear midi or floor length dresses. Gentlemen can wear slacks and a button down shirt. Please no jeans, sneakers and of course no wearing white.

Are there any colors I should avoid wearing?

Answer

We kindly ask that you avoid colors traditionally reserved for the bride: Whites, Ivories, and Creams. Our color palette includes Emerald Green, White, and Gold. We ask that you try and avoid colors reserved for the wedding party.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

A time for the ceremony will be given on your formal invite and we ask that you arrive and be in your seat NO LATER THAN 15 MINUTES before the ceremony starts. You may arrive earlier than 15 minutes and it will give you time to park, sign the guest book, and find your seat. If you arrive after the ceremony has already started, you will not be able to be seated and will have to wait until the cocktail hour to enter!

What If I am running late?

Answer

Our wedding will begin promptly at 5:00 pm. Unfortunately if you are not seated by then you will miss the ceremony.

Can I take photos during the ceremony?

Answer

We are having an "Unplugged" ceremony. Please no phones or cameras in use until the reception. The greatest gift you can give us is being fully present as we say "I do." We have hired professionals to capture this moment for us and we promise to share our photos as soon as we receive them. After the ceremony feel free to take as many photos/videos as you'd like.

Will the wedding be held indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Our ceremony will be held outdoors and the reception will be in an indoor area located near where the ceremony takes place.

How can I contribute to your honeymoon fund?

Answer

The greatest gift of all is your presence on our special day! However, should you wish to contribute to our honeymoon, we have a registry tab on our website and a card can be dropped In the card box at the reception.

Can I share pictures of your big day on social media?

Answer

We kindly ask that you do not share any photos on social media of our wedding until either Maranda or Cody have had the chance to do so.

Will there be a bar?

Answer

Yes! There will be an open bar with beer and spirits. We ask that you be patient and respect our bartender!

Where should we stay?

Answer

Our venue is located in Homestead, FL. We have decided not to do a hotel block to give our guest the freedom to stay at a place that is most comfortable for them! The Hilton Garden Inn is 2.2 miles away from the venue and is reasonably priced.
