We made it!

Lia was living in Colorado when she decided to go on Match.com. She knew she would be moving back home to Texas and wanted to see what was waiting for her. Little did she know the love of her life not only was back home in Texas, but they worked at the same place, and even went to the same high school! A few months went by and Cody took a family vacation to Colorado. Lia couldn't help but take a leap of faith, and drive to meet this man in the beautiful mountains of Breckenridge, Colorado! She knew then that she was traveling to meet the man she would marry someday. Sharing the scenery with the chipmunks, they had their first date in the mountains. Cody had no idea this was a magical love story in the making. After all the previous heartaches, trials, and tribulations it was like a breath of fresh air. It was like God had been preparing them for each other this whole time. With her two dogs, a cat, and her son in tow, it was time for Lia to move back home. After what felt like the longest drive to Texas, Lia couldn't help but see Cody that evening at the local Floores Country Store, to see Randy Rogers... and yes, he kissed her in the dark! (song reference) Eventually they went on to share memories with their friends, family and two kids, Bear and Peyton. Now here we are, almost four years later and he still kisses her in the dark... and the light. May God bless them both with many happy and healthy years together <3 (First date captured below)
