When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP no later than Sunday, April 6th. If you do not RSVP in time, we will assume that you are unable to attend.

What do I do if I can't make it?

Answer

You will be dearly missed! If you are unable to make it to the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP "no" so we can plan accordingly.

Can I bring a guest/date?

Answer

Due to limited capacity, we are only able to accommodate those formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you received a plus one, it will appear under your name when you RSVP. Please make sure that you are RSVPing for yourself and for your guest.

Are there hotels near the venue for guests?

Answer

Absolutely! There are multiple options near the venue to accommodate guests with varying budgets and preferences. While we are not offering room blocks, rest assured that the wedding is conveniently located near the Walt Disney area. If hotels do not fit your needs, we highly recommend exploring Airbnb options for alternative accommodations.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

Because the ceremony begins promptly at 6:00PM, we recommend you aim to arrive 20-30 minutes prior. Please arrive no later than 5:40PM. This will give you time to park, get a drink, and find your seat. If you arrive after the ceremony has already started, you will not be able to be seated and will have to wait until cocktail hour to enter.

Yes! Both will take place at Paradise Cove.

Is there parking on site?

Answer

Yes, there will be complimentary parking! The ceremony and reception will take place at the same location, so there's no need to worry about changing locations or any additional costs for parking.

What should I wear? Is there a dress code?

Answer

We would love for our friends and family to dress in their finest attire to help us celebrate! Think of it as 'formal chic'—elevated and stylish, but not quite black tie. Men can wear suits or dressy separates, and women are welcome to wear floor-length dresses or formal attire that feels elegant and festive. We kindly ask that ladies refrain from wearing shades of white. Please be mindful that Florida gets hot in May, so breathable material like silk, linen, and cotton will likely provide you with the most comfort.

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Weather permitting, the ceremony and cocktail hour will take place outdoors. The reception will follow indoors, but please note that it is an open-air setting.

Answer

Florida is very unpredictable. Let's pray for perfect weather! However, please come prepared for temperatures ranging from a high of 90 degrees and a possible low of 70 degrees.

Will there be an open bar?

Yes! We will have a full bar supplying unlimited drinks all night long - so get ready to party!

What type of food will be served at the wedding?

Answer

During the cocktail hour, we will be serving hors d'oeuvres, followed by a buffet featuring meat, fish, pasta, and salads.
