Why is my invitation for the reception only?
Answer
Our ceremony will be an intimate gathering with just our closest family and friends. However, we can't wait to celebrate with everyone at the reception, where we'll share the start of our marriage through dancing, music, and food.

Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?
Answer
Our ceremony will take place outdoors, with our reception held inside. We'll ensure guest comfort with shade, fans, or heaters as needed, so please dress appropriately for the outdoor and indoor settings.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?
Answer
Yes, convenient parking is available at both our ceremony and reception venues. Clear signage and markings will help guide you to designated parking areas.

What time should I arrive?
Answer
We recommend arriving between 2:00PM and 2:45PM for our ceremony. The ceremony will begin precisely at 3:00PM, and guests arriving after this time will not be allowed into the ceremony area. We appreciate your understanding, as we'll be preparing during the earlier hours. For our reception, we invite guests to join us starting at 5:30PM.

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?
Answer
We kindly ask that guests refrain from taking photos, this will be a phone free ceremony. Our professional photographer will beautifully capture every moment, allowing us to be fully present and enjoy our special day.

Are children invited?
Answer
While we love your little ones, we are keeping our wedding an adults-only celebration (excluding immediate family and wedding party). We hope you enjoy a fun night out!

What is the dress code?
Answer
Country and Western attire: We encourage relaxed clothing, but please no shorts or sneakers. We recommend flowy dresses, light fabrics, boots, hats, and denim.

Is there a dress code color to avoid?
Answer
We kindly request that guests do not wear white, cream, or ivory, as these colors are reserved for the bride's special attire. Additionally, please avoid any shade of green, as this is the designated color for our wedding party.

How should I RSVP?
Answer
To RSVP, simply visit our wedding website's dedicated RSVP page. We kindly request that you submit your response by May 20th, 2026, to help us finalize our wedding arrangements. If you have any difficulties with the online RSVP process, please text Kylie at 406-880-5914.

Can I bring a plus one?
Answer
To ensure we can accommodate all our beloved guests, only those explicitly named on your invitation are included. Thank you for understanding!

Will there be an open bar?
Answer
Yes! There will be beer, wine, and hard liquor provided throughout the extent of the evening. Drinks on us! Get home safely and tip your bartenders!

Do you have a wedding registry?
Answer
Your presence at our wedding is the only gift we need! If you wish to contribute further, we have set up a honeymoon/house fund through Venmo (@Kylie-Helmuth-1) OR there will be a card box at the reception site. Your contribution will help us make cherished memories as we begin our married life together.
