Is there a dress code?

Semi-Formal with a Romantic Autumn feel. Inspired by the beauty of Big Sur in the fall, we invite you to dress in semi-formal attire that reflects the warmth and romance of the season. Rich autumn hues, elegant prints, and textured fabrics are encouraged. Our celebration will take place outdoors, so we recommend bringing a warm layer for the evening. Please also choose footwear that will be comfortable on grass and gravel!

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes, we will have transportation from a few select locations to and from the venue. We'll share your scheduled pickup time closer to the wedding. Please keep an eye out for those details to ensure a timely arrival.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

For guests not utilizing the shuttle, we kindly ask that you arrive by 3:45 PM, as our ceremony will begin promptly at 4:00 PM.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We love your little ones! However, unless your children are listed on your invitation, this is an adult only event. Thank you for understanding!

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, there is limited parking available on site at Loma Vista. We highly recommend using the shuttle as the parking will fill up quickly.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Due to venue capacity, we’re only able to accommodate guests who are formally listed on the invitation.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

We will have gluten free and vegetarian options on the menu. Please note any additional allergies on your RSVP and we will do our best to accommodate.
