We're getting married!

It was a regular windy Friday for Jessica when she woke up. However, by the afternoon, things had become oddly suspicious when her friends were more anxious than normal. The friends had put way too much effort into how Jessica dressed and what her makeup looked like. Cody came to meet her, looking dressed up as well, and took her to the San Jose Rose Garden. When they arrived, Cody presented Jessica with a scrapbook that was a timeline of their relationship. They flipped through the pages and reminisced about old times. On the last page, there was a picture of the bench they were currently sitting on. The last sentence on the page read, "This is where I propose to Jessica". As all of Cody’s plans came together, he got down on one knee and he asked his best friend if she would marry him.
