Cody and Isabel met at YMCA Camp Warren in 2016 during a staff scavenger hunt. Although there was definite flirting right away, they knew it would be better to be friends for the time being. By summer 2017, Isabel and Cody fell madly in love within the first week of camp and have been together ever since.

Cody decided to pop the big question at the place it all started. Isabel was brought on a scavenger hunt around camp, returning to all of the places where Cody and Isabel shared special memories. The final clue led Isabel to a campsite across the lake, where Isabel and Cody first agreed to go on a date. Cody was handsomely dressed in Isabel's favorite color, standing in the center of a heart made out of logs. Isabel walked the rose trail that led to their man, and Cody read them a heartfelt speech. The answer was "ABSOLUTELY!" Isabel, so excited, took the ring from Cody before giving him a chance to put it on their finger.
