Quinta Avenida is a walk-only avenue where you’ll find restaurants, shops, and plenty of local spots to explore at your own pace. At the south end of the avenue, you’ll find Parque Los Fundadores right by the ocean, making it easy to enjoy both the town and waterfront setting in one place.

Xplor Park by Xcaret is an adventure park near Playa del Carmen, about 23 minutes from our resort. Think of it as an adult version of Disney World but outdoors: zip-lining, driving amphibious vehicles through the jungle, and swimming or rafting through underground rivers and caves. It’s a great choice if you’re up for an active day and don’t mind getting a little wet, with food and drinks included once you’re inside.

Río Secreto is a guided underground river experience located about 23 minutes from the resort. You’ll walk and swim through caves filled with natural rock formations, moving at a relaxed pace with a small group and a guide. It’s a quieter, more reflective experience that offers a different way to explore the area with all equipment provided.

Cenote Cristalino

Cenote Cristalino is a bright, open cenote with clear, calm water, perfect for swimming and floating. It has natural rock platforms and a few spots for jumping in, making it a great choice if you want a refreshing swim in a relaxed, scenic setting. The area also has shaded spots to rest and enjoy the surroundings.

Cenote Azul is a wide, open-air cenote known for its striking turquoise water and natural swimming areas. Unlike Cristalino, it’s shallower in some parts which makes it perfect for wading, snorkeling, or taking photos. The surrounding jungle gives it a tranquil, almost hidden feel despite being very accessible.

Cenote Minotauro is an underground cenote with dramatic stalactites and deeper, darker water offering a more adventurous experience. Unlike the open-air cenotes, this one feels more secluded and mysterious with a quieter atmosphere and unique geological formations that make it stand out.
