Note from the Hotel: To make reservations, individuals simply call the La Quinta Inn and Suites Airport Plaza hotel directly at 417-447-4466, identify themselves with the Nieters Reed Wedding and provide their personal contact and credit card information. Our mutual guests can also access the special rate and have the ability to book their reservation by using the booking link provided Your guests will have until Tuesday March 18, 2025 to call and secure their rooms at the special rate. After this date, the special group rate will expire. It is important to note our individual cancellation policy. Should a guest with an existing reservation need to make any changes to their reservation, they have until Friday April 4, 2025 to call the hotel and make changes with no penalty. Otherwise, the cancellation fee is one-night room and tax. Should individuals have a special request, we urge individuals to call the hotel directly.
