Where is the wedding?

The wedding will be at Bluebird Manor in Adamstown, MD. The address is 1765a Greenfield Road, Adamstown, MD 21710. Be sure to copy this exact address into your navigation, otherwise you will be taken to the back gate, and you will not be able to get in!

What should I wear?

Answer

We are celebrating in joyful colors! Think garden party formal - it’s not black tie, and no dark colors please! The ceremony is on grass, and there are stairs leading to the bar, so choose walkable shoes. October evenings can be brisk, so bring layers. Bring your happiest look and come ready to dance!

When should we arrive and where can we park?

Answer

The ceremony begins at 4:00 PM, so please plan to arrive by 3:30/3:45 PM. There is parking on site, or you can check into the hotel and take the shuttle to the venue.

Is there a hotel block?

Answer

Yes! We are in the process of finalizing our room block at the Homewood Suites by Hilton located at 4950 Westview Drive, Frederick, MD 21703. Details on booking will be listed in the travel section soon!

What will we eat and drink?

Answer

After cocktail hour, dinner becomes an elevated, choose‑your‑own experience with a lineup of interactive stations- there’s lots to enjoy! Mix and match your favorites; vegetarian and gluten‑free options will be available. If you have allergies, please let us know in advance. For drinks, we’ll be serving wine, beer, seltzers, and a selection of signature cocktails. And save room- there’s dessert, plus a little something later in the night....

Is the ceremony outdoors?

Answer

Yes, the ceremony will be outdoors. October evenings can get chilly, so please bring layers! If it rains, we’ll move the ceremony to the onsite White Chapel.

What about transportation?

Answer

We will have a shuttle running between the hotel and the venue. Please be smart-if you plan to drink, let the shuttle do the driving! Bus times and frequency coming soon. The travel time from the hotel to the venue is approximately 10 minutes.

Can we take photos?

Answer

Absolutely! Photos are welcome. We’ll have a QR code for you to upload all your pics, because we want everyone’s perspective—but don’t forget to dance, laugh, and enjoy the night while you’re at it!

Is this event 21+?

Answer

Yes, the event is 21+, with a few exceptions for family. We’re sorry for any inconvenience.
