When should I RSVP by?

You should RSVP by April 30th.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

If you want to mingle and find your seat, I would arrive 15 minutes early which would be 3:45 PM.

Yes, Kids are welcome. :)

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

There will be valet parking at the site.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Unforunately we will be having a buffet so we cannot offer speical requests. We will have many options for food such as barbecue pulled pork, barbecue chicken, sauteed green beans, macaroni and cheese, fruit, and salad.

Can I bring a date?

You may bring a date but make sure to put that on your RSVP.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Guests will need to find their own transportation to and from the Venue. There are taxis and Uber available.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Beach Attire: Wear linen pants, short-sleeved button downs, maxi dresses, and sandals/heels.

Do I need to RSVP online or by mail?

Answer

When the invitations are sent out there will be a RSVP post card with prepaid postage for you to fill out and send back but you are welcome to RSVP online as well.

Will the ceremony be taking place indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The Ceremony will be outdoors weather permitting and the reception will be indoors.

Can I take pictures and/or post photos of your wedding on social media?

Answer

Yes of course. We recommend during the ceremony to not be in the isle taking pictures and to have your phone put on silent.

We are registered with ZOLA. There is a tab here on our website you can click that has all of that information.
