We went here on our first date! The Collection offers Bowlero (bowling and arcade), axe throwing, escape rooms, a movie theater, the Levity Live, and numerous dining options.
Lululemon, Nike, New Balance, Gucci, Jimmy Choo, Versace, Kate Spade, and so much more! Get a good deal on a great brand!
Historic homes, museums, boutiques, Mission San Buenaventura, antique shops and restaurants adorn our palm tree-lined streets. The street is closed off to cars so you can easily walk into new shops, restaurants, art galleries, and live music venues.
This pairs well with downtown Ventura since they are very close to each other. Beach House Fish restaurant, MadeWest Brewing Company, bike rentals and great views!
About 45 minutes from the venue, you can easily make a day or weekend trip down here. Suggestions include: the Funk Zone (near State street), shopping in downtown Santa Barbara (on State street), the Santa Barbara Zoo, wine tasting, and so much more.
Also about 45 minutes from the venue. With miles and miles of coast, there's no lack of beaches! It's a beautiful drive along the PCH, where you can stop for food at Neptune's Net or Malibu Farms and enjoy the scenery away from a big city. If you love art, we would recommend the Getty Villa, which is a little farther down the PCH in between Malibu and Santa Monica.
If you're hiking aficionados, you're in luck! Hikes we have done and have loved: * Paradise Falls: 928 West Avenida De Los Arboles, Wildwood Regional Park, Thousand Oaks, CA 91360. This hike is beautiful and one of our favorites. It has a lot of trail options once you're there so you can choose your own adventure! * Mugu Peak (Chumash Trail): Malibu, CA 90265. These are linked trails that are very close to Camarillo. These trails tend to be very steep but offer amazing views of the ocean once you're at the top! *Arroyo Verde Park Trail: off Foothill Rd, Ventura, CA, 93003. This is a very popular and easy trail in the main loop. If you want more of a challenge, there are options to go further.
