Wedding Party

Britt Swann

Matron of Honor

Britt met Clemy (aka Emily Clemons) in 2014 at UW-Eau Claire. She knew very little of her except she was now living across the hall, in the dorms, with a soccer teammate and one of our best buds, Fallon. Actually, Britt hadn’t even seen Clemy until one college-like night 🍻where they crashed the same house party on Water Street. The rest was history! Clemy is my adventure buddy, the best friend that I can always rely on for support in the good and the bad, and she’s about to marry the love of her life! So, raise a glass ya’ll! Love ya, Clem.

Daniel Thomas

Best Man

My name is Daniel Thomas but I’m better known as Macho Man Dan Savage by close acquaintances. I’ve had the pleasure of knowing Cody since elementary school. However, our fellowship of brotherhood started freshman year of college and we’ve been inseparable since. In all seriousness, Cody has been my best friend for over a decade. And now we have Emily, who I knew would be in this for the long haul the first time I met her. I love you both dearly, and I’m honored to call you both friends.

Mariah Fier

Bridesmaid

My name is Mariah, and I met Clemy in our freshman year of college in a women's studies class where we were placed in the same small group. We became especially close in our sophomore year when we lived across the hall from each other. I live in Wisconsin, where I am a physical therapist, so Clemy and I enjoy bonding over the ups and downs of working in healthcare. I am extremely honored to be part of Clemy and Cody's special day and to celebrate the next step in their beautiful lives together.

Brian Davidk

Groomsman

From college snowboarding hangs to knocking on doors in the literal streets, our friendship is multifaceted. This keeps the friendship happily participating in life. Cheers to getting after it, you two.

Fallon Peplinski

Bridesmaid

I have known Emily (more affectionately known as Clemy) for the better part of 20 years! In middle and high school, we played sports together, and in college, we were roommates. We’ve grown together over the years, and it’s been a privilege to have a friend, advisor, ally, and at times accomplice like Clemy in my corner. While distance has kept us physically far from each other these past years, our friendship has remained strong. Clemy stood up beside me at my own wedding, and I’m thrilled to be able to support her at her own.

Carlos Hernandez

Groomsman

Every great friendship begins with a summer river float, to Hawaiian adventures and to the big steps in life, love ya brotha!

Leah Swezs

Bridesmaid

I met Emily during our freshman year of high school, and we quickly connected over our November birthdays and love for adventure. Over the years, we’ve gone to concerts, shared endless laughs, and supported each other through life’s ups and downs. Despite living on opposite coasts for most of the us adults lives, we’ve stayed close by planning fun trips and making unforgettable memories. Emily’s kindness and steadfast friendship, mean so much to me, and I’m truly honored to stand by her side on her wedding day.

Tyrone Mancia

Groomsman

Older brother of the groom. Never been to prison! We met the lovely Emily early one morning at our house before we had time to clean it or get out of our PJs. She was mad at Cody about it and we knew she was the right one! To many more adventures together! Love you guys!Cheers!

Leslie Rodriguez

Bridesmaid

I've known Cody for years from our wild college days where a hangover didn't wipe us out for 3 days to snowboarding down black diamonds. We have both learned a lot from our years abroad and have evolved from party animals into sophisticated, well-traveled "adults". Cody is basically my little brother --- the sibling rivalry is chaotic sometimes, but puts a smile on my face. The picture is from Peru, where I randomly called Cody on a Thursday, and by Friday, I was on a flight headed to Cusco, Peru. Talk about spontaneous! During this trip, I became good friends with Emily. From sipping pisco sours to dodging llamas, riding around sand dunes, sun burning my eyes, and marveling at Machu Picchu, it was an adventure! Thanks for letting me crash your duo and become the ultimate third wheel.

Jake Klund

Groomsman

I met Cody in the fall of 2011 as we entered their freshman year at UNR through mutual friends. We immediately became close friends and began hanging out every weekend. He has always been the friend who plans trips and experiences with others, and actually follows through with them. We have countless memories together that I will never forget. Cody introduced Emily to me as soon as they were back on the west coast, and I could tell he was in this for the long hall. She was the perfect partner for him, and it’s no surprise that we are all getting together to celebrate these two in Mexico.

Cheyenne Graham

Bridesmaid

Hi everyone, I’m Cheyenne Graham, the proud sister of the groom. I just want to say how incredibly excited I am to welcome Emily into our family. From the moment we met, I could see how perfect she is for Cody, and I’m thrilled to see their love grow stronger every day. Emily, you’ve brought so much joy and warmth into our lives, and I feel lucky to call you my sister now. Here’s to a lifetime of love, laughter, and beautiful memories together. Congratulations to both of you!

Bo Hernandez

Groomsman

I met Cody freshman year of college through Dan Thomas. After one meeting at a party we became fast friends. To this day the friendship is still strong with golfing, snowboarding, and biking.

Harper Trevino

Flower Girl

Hi! I am Harper, Uncle Cody’s youngest niece, and the adorable flower girl! At just 2 years old, she’s already won all of our hearts with her infectious smile and playful spirit. Harper absolutely loves dogs and can often be found chasing after her furry friends, so we’re sure she’ll bring a lot of joy and energy to the day. We’re so excited to see her sprinkle a little extra sweetness down the aisle!

Asa Mancia

Ring Bearer

Asa is the youngest son of Tyrone and Felicia. He met his Uncle Cody just five days after he was born, and although many years separate them they both roll their eyes at you the same way, an effect brought on by being the youngest child. He met Emily at his house and found that she enjoyed Mario Kart as much as he does!

Jackie Williams

Officiant

I met Cody when we were both teaching in Thailand. We lived in the same small town and quickly became close friends—he’s like a brother to me, annoying parts and all. We traveled all over the country, shared some wild adventures, and carried that friendship back to the U.S. When Cody brought Emily out to Colorado in 2021, I immediately saw how incredible she was. She’s smart, kind, and adventurous—the perfect match for him. Cody has always been there for me, and I’m so excited he’s found the kind of support he deserves. Emily is the kind of person who shows up, helps however she can, and truly cares—I know because she’s already become a friend of mine. I couldn’t be happier for these two. Here’s to a lifetime of love, laughter, and more wild adventures!
