We've known each other for about eight years now. We were both working part-time at Tops in West Seneca, Cody in the carry-out café and Caitlin in the deli. We shared a lot of laughs at work and the rest is history ;)

Cody initially asked Caitlin to go out to lunch before their shift at Tops, but Caitlin refused because she was too nervous that they would not have much in common to talk about besides work. She was wrong. We ended up going to see "This Means War" at Regal a few hours after getting out of work. We talked for hours after the movie (not much has changed, lol).

We got engaged at a hotel in Niagara Falls, NY where we were spending the weekend for our end-of-the-season bowling party. Cody proposed when we were alone in the hotel room. Caitlin was completely caught off-guard, but ecstatic. Our families were surprised by the proposal also, but could not be happier!
