We really want to make sure the wedding is small and intimate, oriented around spending time with the people that we care about. It is a backyard wedding with BBQ food, homemade desserts, self-serve drinks, and lots of love and laughter.
Yes! Please put all phones on vibrate and refrain from taking photos during the ceremony. We want you to be present with us during the ceremony and allow the photographer to do her job without any obstructions.
The wedding is outside on the grass so block heels would be recommended. There will be a tent for the reception and the bathroom will be located at the clubhouse. The weather is unpredictable in North Carolina so prepare for rain or shine!
No, the reception is at the same location as the ceremony.

As we're celebrating our nuptials in North Carolina, we figured having a variety of BBQ and sides would be most appropriate!
A variety of drinks will be served such as beer, wine, soft drinks, water, sweet tea, etc. However, if you're wanting liquor we kindly ask you bring your own liquor as we're trying to manage costs.
Drive right up to the driveway of our home for the weekend!
The hotels provided are NOT hotel room blocks but hotel recommendations. Since it's such a small wedding, we did not find it appropriate to request hotel room blocks.
Please wear appropriate wedding attire such as suits and cocktail dresses. Even though its a backyard wedding, we're hoping to maintain an elegant beautiful wedding.
