Question

Is there a room block?

Answer

We've reserved a block of rooms at two convenient locations for our guests. The Courtyard Marriott Philadelphia Springfield is located right next to Springfield Country Club, where our celebration will take place. We've also secured rooms at the Fairfield Inn & Suites Broomall/Newtown Square, just 10 minutes away, with complimentary shuttle service to and from the venue. Our ceremony, cocktail hour, reception, and after party will all be hosted at the country club.

Question

The room block code isn’t working. What do I do?

Answer

We are limited to a small number of room blocks at a time. We know many of our guests will be traveling and need accommodations. If the “Bubb Wedding” code does not work, please reach out to the bride or groom so we can add more!

Can I bring my children?

Answer

We love your kids, but due to space restrictions we cannot accommodate guests under 18 on our wedding day. This will be an adults only event.

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

For the cocktail hour and reception, the drinks are on us (the hangover is on you)! **However, we do recommend bringing cash or a credit card along if you plan to attend the after-party.**

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

We are not allowing additional plus-ones at our wedding, as we'd like to keep the guests list just to those who know us well. The name of every guest invited to attend is listed on your invitation and unfortunately, no additional guests can be accommodated.

What is the dress code?

Answer

We are asking for all guests to dress in formal cocktail attire.

Is the venue handicap accessible?

Answer

Yes! The country club will also have golf cart valets available to transport guests to/from the outdoor ceremony area for those unsteady on their feet.

What happens if it rains?

Answer

We are planning for an outdoor ceremony on the country club grounds. In the case of inclement weather we will move the ceremony indoors.
