We’re getting married!

We met during our senior year of high school, all because I found the courage to ask Cody to go to prom with me. What started as a simple invitation turned into the beginning of something unforgettable. We officially started dating on April 23, 2022, and from the very beginning our connection felt natural and meant to be. On December 1, 2023, we took our first big step and moved into our very first apartment together. It was a small place, but it was ours, and it became the home where our love grew even deeper. Soon after, we got our first dog together. Losing them in August 2024 was incredibly painful, but standing by each other through that heartbreak only strengthened our relationship. In time, we welcomed two new dogs into our lives, and they have filled our days with joy, laughter, and comfort. Through every milestone, Cody has always been my biggest supporter. He cheered me on with so much pride when I walked across the stage to receive my LPN degree, and he still cheers for me every day as I work toward becoming an RN. On December 22, 2024, Cody asked me the most meaningful question of all and proposed. Just days later, on January 1, 2025, we moved into our second home together, ready to start this next chapter side by side. From a prom date to life partners, our journey has been filled with love, growth, resilience, and endless support. And the most beautiful part is that this is only the beginning of our forever.
