Liberia Guanacaste Airport
Liberia Guanacaste Airport is the closest airport to Hacienda Pinilla and is about a 5.5 hour direct flight from LAX. It's a small airport that's very easy to navigate and about 1.25 hour drive to Hacienda Pinilla. The roads are in great condition, and you can rent a car or arrange for transportation. For our friends traveling from LA, we recommend booking the non-stop Alaska Airlines flight. There is one flight per day from LAX to Liberia airport and we recommend booking as soon as possible.
