We’re getting married

We went to visit Arches National Park, I had planned on having a romantic proposal at one of the arches or a perfect view. In typical Bret and Cody fashion that didn’t happen. We stopped the first time off the side of the road and I had the ring in my pocket but chickened out. We stopped at a second place with my ring in hand and Bret thoroughly enjoying his sandwich I knew that wasn’t the place. We left the park, I felt defeated like it wasn’t going to happen for us that weekend. We got back to our hotel (that place was a whole other disaster but, that’s a story for another time.) So we are at the hotel Bret is snacking on pork rinds (our favorite) we are having our Tito’s and I looked at him turned on cherry blossom by Kacey Musgraves and went down to one knee. I realized at this moment that the romantic proposal wouldn’t of suited us anyway. He started crying which in turn made me cry, he said yes and the rest is history! We’re getting married!!!
