Things To Do
Spirit Mountain Recreation Area
Besides this being the place of the Wedding, this is also a ski resort, camp site, and holds Adventure park with a fun timber twister alpine coaster among other activities. There are also some hiking trails and just being able to walk along the ski slopes and see another beautiful view of Duluth!
Enger Tower
Fun fire-watch/lookout tower that also offers a beautiful view of the Duluth area and Lake Superior!
Canal Park
Down by the beautiful Lift Bridge which is a big attraction down in Duluth, lots of fun shops, restaurants like Grandmas Restaurant, another favorite stop for the Couple. And the two lighthouses on either side of the lift bridge!
Betty's Pies
A delicious pie shop and restaurant, can go for a sit down meal or pies to-go! Avery and Cody and the Heldt family have enjoyed Betty's pies for years!
Gooseberry Falls State Park
State park in the Up North/Duluth area, scenic hikes and fun waterfalls and pools of water to play in! Good for all ages! highly recommend if you have time before the wedding or before you leave the next day!
Split Rock Lighthouse
A state park with a historical lighthouse to tour and more hiking trails! Near Gooseberry falls its an easy one to knock out if going out towards Gooseberry!
