Is there a dress code?

Answer

We wanna see everyone looking their best!! We are asking everyone to please dress in semi formal attire. Please no blue jeans, or baseball hats. The bridal party will be in full suits and blue long dresses.

Will there be parking available?

Answer

We will be offering a shuttle service to and from the hotels as the venue is on a mountain top, and the drive is very steep. We would appreciate only those who need handicap/accessibility parking to drive personal vehicles.

Are Kids allowed?

Answer

As much as we love all the kiddos in our life- only those children included in the wedding ceremony will be invited. We want this to be Mom & Dads night out!

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

We are so glad you have found someone special in your life!! However, we cannot accommodate everyones plus one. Please refer to your invitation for the number of guests invited in your party.

Is the ceremony and reception inside?

Answer

The ceremony and cocktail hour will be outside with the reception inside. With that being said, please check the weather that week and dress accordingly.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The shuttles will be arriving to the venue on time. We are asking everyone to please arrive at the venue at least 20 minutes prior to the start of the ceremony.

I have a severe food allergy!!

Answer

Please know we will do our best to accommodate allergies. However, if you have an anaphylactic allergy or a severe dietary restriction please let Jen and Codie know.
